  • Zero tolerance is .oo for underage driver
  • Driver's licence is suspended for 90 days for the first offense
  • Driver's licence is suspended for 1 year plus mandatory jail for the second offense
  • Driver's licence is suspended for 3 years plus mandatory jail for the third offense
  • Possibility of ignition interlock installed on the vehicle
  • There is a possibility of getting the vehicle confiscated after the first offense

There are also some fines if the person is caught with an open container in the car for drivers only. The above offense penalties for dui in Alaska can be increased if there was child endangerment, injuries or death.
