Alaska Human Services is a small private treatment agency providing treatment for substances abuse to the Anchorage area since 1984. Being a small private agency allows Alaska Human Services to offer a more personalized service to our clients.

 

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You will be given an assessment to aid the counselor in determining the BEST and most appropriate treatment plan. At the intake session, your counselor will make sure you understand program policies, give you a tour of the facility and you will begin developing a treatment plan that fits your needs

 

Groups are a very important part of treatment, but as important are the individual sessions. During your individual sessions, your primary counselor will process group information on a more personal level in a confidential setting. Individual sessions are scheduled according to the your needs.
