Alcocare Inc New Dawn Residential Primary Treatment
There are six primary areas that AlcoCare focuses on to develop the individual
treatment plan: relationships, abstinence, independent living skills, employment & education, self esteem/self worth, and corrective thinking.
To increase the likelihood of long term total abstinence/recovery from substance dependence, or harm reduction through increased recognition of the extent and nature of their relationship to substance dependence and development of interpersonal skills.
To reduce criminal justice system involvement. To assist clients in the examining their relationship to substance use in relation to criminal activity and legal contact. To enhance lifestyle and behavioral change through therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing and cognitive therapy.
