Aliviane NO/AD Inc

Aliviane, Inc. is a minority operated, private, non-profit (501)(C)(3) community-based organization; incorporated in 1970; and headquartered in El Paso, Texas. Over the past 40 years, Aliviane has developed a broad range of prevention, intervention, and treatment approaches, a strong network of community support, and an array of interagency agreements to provide a continuum of care in West Texas. Traditionally, Aliviane has provided treatment and education to hard core substance abusers who are considered difficult to rehabilitate, who are below poverty level economic status, and have no access to for profit treatment facilities. In 1989, Aliviane initiated women and children’s residential treatment services, becoming one of the first programs in Texas and nationally to do so. Ten years later Aliviane developed adolescent services with a federal grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Today, Aliviane is the primary provider of treatment/prevention services in West Texas for men, women, and adolescents in the El Paso County at different levels of intensity to meet the unique needs of clients. Aliviane has several facilities throughout the area designed to assist clients with many services including intensive residential treatment, and supportive outpatient services for clients who have completed residential treatment and as an appropriate treatment intervention for those whose substance abuse problems have not reached a critical stage. All facilities are licensed and funded by the Texas Department of State Health Services, with additional funds for program services provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Administration for Children & Families (ACF), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS), Office of Minority Health (OMH), Department of Justice (DOJ),  Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Ysleta Independent School District (YISD), and United Way of El Paso.
