Alcohol and drug dependancy is a chronic progressive disease, which if left untreated, may be fatal. Arbor Place, Inc. services are designed to follow research-based and effective program models including substance abuse education, relapse prevention skills, early recovery skills, family education programming, and community mobilization. The "12-Step Philosophy" is also utilized within treatment programming and has demonstrated effectiveness in treating alcohol and drug dependance.
