Blandine House Inc

At Blandine, group therapy, individual counseling, off-site self-help group meetings and sponsorship serve as the core components to our approach. We believe that educating our residents about the disease of addiction and relapse prevention is an essential part of the recovery process. We support the 12 Step philosophy.

During their stay the gentlemen of Blandine are actively involved in the upkeep of the house. They perform the daily chores which include cooking, cleaning, gardening, lawn mowing, painting, etc. Brushing up on basic living skills helps prepare residents for the transition back into the "real world".

Upon discharge, all Blandine residents are encouraged to participate in our 12 month aftercare program. There is no charge for this program, and it provides the resident the opportunity to "stay connected" to the Blandine House while continuing with his recovery.
