Community Prev Addiction Services Inc Outpatient Program

Outpatient services provide weekly individual and/or group counseling. Specialty groups are provided for early recovery, anger management, relapse prevention, trauma and gender-specific needs.

Services provided include:

• Orientation
• Intake and assessment
• Individualized treatment
• Individual counseling
• Urinalysis/breathalyzer testing
• Counseling groups
• Referral
• Family counseling
• Continuing care planning
• Trauma groups (Seeking Safety curriculum)

CHR’s history dates back to the 1960s, starting with a small grant in the town of Enfield, Connecticut. From that beginning, we’ve grown to become a well-respected service provider and trusted community resource. Today we offer more than 60 programs, operate out of 30 locations and employ nearly 600 dedicated professionals. This means greater access to quality services when and where they are needed most.

As we anticipate changing needs, we will offer new programs, recruit exceptional staff, collaborate with other providers, and explore new funding sources. The driving force of our growth continues to be meeting the needs of those we serve.
