Counseling Resources, Inc. has been accredited by the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Alcohol and Drug Abuse since 1994.
We offer a comprehensive program to address substance abuse issues. We specialize in assisting clients who are involved with the legal system. Our substance abuse services include assessment, outpatient treatment programs, Corrective Thinking groups and aftercare.
Our electronic monitoring services include traditional ankle bracelet, passive and non-passive GPS monitoring and in-home breathalyzing.
Our drug testing services include breathalyzing, laboratory drug testing and instant results.

Counseling Resources is a family-owned business. Sue and Gary Harris began the business in 1991, in their home in Harrisburg, SD. They moved to their current location at 707 E. 41st Street in 1992. In 2007, we opened our office in Worthington, MN offering outpatient substance abuse counseling. In addition to Sue and Gary, we now employ four full-time and three part-time employees.
Our greatest compliments from clients usually involve our personal service. Clients like the small, comfortable atmosphere. As clients approach the end of their program, we hear that they had thought they would be anxious to be done with the program but find that they enjoy it. Clients are assured of confidential, profession, but friendly service.
