Recovery and mental health counseling are fundamentals of our practice along with family counseling, couples counseling, psychotherapy and group therapy. Counseling is confidential and discreet to aid in healing the painful effects of compulsive behaviors and mental health issues.

Our goal is to provide high quality, compassionate counseling services to all members of a family.  We know there is more to recovery than simply stopping using or drinking.  Recovery involves a plan to enhance self care, define wants and goals, reduce stress and practice effective coping strategies on a regular basis, not just once in a while.  We practice under the Golden Rule:  Treat others as you would like to be treated.
