The center has a complete prevention program that employs a wide variety of strategies to prevent substance abuse problems from developing including:

- Evidenced based prevention programs for school aged children
- Environmental prevention efforts including Alcohol enforcement team merchant compliance checks and education and youth oriented safety checkpoints
- The Kids First after school and summer programs for children in grades K-5 at Lewisville elementary and Chester Park.
Treatment Services
The Center provides general counseling services for a wide variety of day to day problems as well as specialized services including: alcohol, drugs, and tobacco
- Outpatient treatment of addiction including intensive treatment utilizing "The Matrix" program
- Programs for people in the criminal justice system
- The Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP) for those charged with driving under the influence
- Services for children grade 1-12 and their families
- Parenting classes
- Crisis intervention services
- Employee assistance program
