Adults and adolescents can receive comprehensive outpatient treatment at one of our three Rhode Island locations, in Providence, Wakefield, and Westerly.  The Wakefield facility is located at the corner of Kingstown Road and Columbia Street.  Our services are tailored to meet each client’s individual needs, including co-occurring mental health issues. We help clients regain control of their lives by establishing sobriety, supporting a sustained recovery, and creating support networks.  Intensive outpatient programs are also available for adults and adolescents in group and individual settings.
