Recovery Center of Northern Virginia

The Recovery Center of Northern Virginia (RCNV) is a licensed outpatient facility designed for adults and adolescents who are in need of a comprehensive, structured, and affordable alcohol or drug treatment program but may not require or desire residential or inpatient treatment. Offered at our conveniently located facilities in Herndon and Leesburg, our programs allow individuals to continue their professional careers, family responsibilities, and educational goals while receiving the treatment they need to live a productive life free from alcoholism, chemical dependency, drug addiction, and substance abuse.

Chemical dependency is a chronic, progressive, potentially fatal, but treatable disease with physical, psychological, social, and spiritual components which impair normal functioning. Because alcoholism, drug addiction, substance abuse, and other emotional problems affect the entire family system, family involvement is a vital part of treatment. Through counseling and other therapeutic techniques, our programs assist clients and family members with their individualized growth, enabling them to restore their sense of self worth and enjoy happiness and purpose in their lives once again.
