Wyoming Valley Alcohol and Drug Services, Inc. is committed to providing quality treatment, prevention/education, and outreach services to residents of Luzerne County.  Services are available to all residents without discrimination, including financial status.  Wyoming Valley Alcohol and Drug Services, Inc. further agrees to provide outreach services outside the agency, when because of handicaps, the individual is not able to access services at its two locations.

YES provides evidence based and specialized programs to children, adolescents, and adults with problems related to drug or alcohol addiction. Individuals who are struggling with their own abuse or dependence, or effected by someone else's use are eligible for services. This is a medically supervised program with a psychiatrist and nurse practitioner on staff.

Youth and Family Counseling Agency of Oyster Bay and East Norwich, Inc. (YFCA) is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit, multi service agency that provides a wide range of mental health and social welfare services designed to strengthen the lives of individuals and families of the Hamlet of Oyster Bay and its surrounding communities.

Youth Eastside Services helps kids and families coping with challenges such as emotional distress, substance abuse and violence. Through intervention, outreach and prevention, YES builds confidence and responsibility, strengthens family relationships, and advocates for a safer community that cares for its youth.
