ARCA's addiction recovery program is based on the Alcoholics Anonymous Twelve Steps recovery program. The program consists of a series of personal activities which begins by admitting there is a problem and that help is needed to overcome the addiction.

Our agency is continually striving to improve our programs and provide better service to our clients.  Some of our improvements in the past year include:

Alcohol and Drug Services seeks to reduce alcohol and other drug problems among residents and employees of Fairfax County and the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church. To accomplish this goal, our staff reaches out to groups and individuals at high risk of developing such problems and extends prevention and treatment services to youth, adults, and family members who are experiencing problems associated with alcohol and/or drug use.

The A.R.C.H. provides transitional living services to mean age18 and up, who are recovering from addictive diseases. These services are rendered in halfway house and three quarter-way houses setting and represents the final stages of the continuum of care process.

Arapahoe House is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing an array of rehab services for individuals and families with alcohol, drug and other behavioral health problems. With 13 locations and over 20 diversified services, Arapahoe House is Colorado’s leading provider of quality, affordable drug and alcohol treatment.

Arbor Place, Inc. began operations as a halfway house in 1976. The organization was started by a small group of individuals that had an interest in alcohol and drug abuse services being available to all Dunn County residents. The agency’s title was the “Dunn County Association on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse.” This was changed to Arbor Place, Inc. in 1996.
