ARCA's addiction recovery program is based on the Alcoholics Anonymous Twelve Steps recovery program. The program consists of a series of personal activities which begins by admitting there is a problem and that help is needed to overcome the addiction.

Community Bridges is dedicated to providing community building services to the mainstream public through our education efforts and quality treatment for substance use disorders for men and women. We believe addiction is a disease that carries tremendous consequences for individuals, families, the workplace, and the community as a whole and that prevention and treatment are the keys to combating substance abuse

New Horizons offers prompt access to services for people suffering from alcohol or drug-related problems. Licensed professional staff working as an integrated team provide treatment at all levels of care.

Currently, the Hospital provides a comprehensive array of acute care and outpatient services, including: clinical laboratory, radiology, surgery, cardiopulmonary, cardiac rehabilitation, physical, occupational and speech therapy, pulmonary testing services, EEG testing, lithotripsy and one of the few capsule endoscopy programs in the region. The Lockport site also operates a 20-bed alcohol and drug treatment unit.
