The mission of the Cherokee County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse (CCCADA) is to provide Cherokee County citizens in need with quality, yet affordable behavioral healthcare services.
The Commission was established in 1972 and is governed by a 7 member Board of Directors appointed by the Cherokee County Council. CCCADA is nationally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) to provide alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention, intervention and treatment services.
