The CCS Recovery Centers provide a full continuum of outpatient chemical dependency treatment services in Snohomish and Whatcom counties. CCS provides treatment to youth, adults, and their families.

CFS offers substance abuse assessment, treatment, education and support for adolescents, adults, families and groups. Counselors work closely with clients to develop a personalized support program for recovery, helping individuals lead stable, healthy, addiction-free lives.

In 1998, Founder and current President Peg Wright set out to provide a program to support the 25,000 unmarried teens who give birth in New Jersey each year. The Center's first facility had only 6 beds, and was able to accommodate just 22 women a year, turning away over 150 adolescents and adult women due to lack of space.

A 24-Hour Crisis Intervention Hotline is available to the residents of the region and works cooperatively with local law enforcement agencies and hospitals. A nine-member board governs the Center. Eight members are appointed by the County Commissioners and one is appointed by the Brownwood City Council.
