Ebony House Inc.’s 10-bed Female Level II Residential Treatment program, seeks to provide a gender specific program, targeting pregnant or parenting adult women eighteen years of age and older, that demonstrates an eclectic system of intensive treatment, based on ASAM Criteria, with an expected length of stay determined by individual assessment and ASAM standards.

The mission of The Empowerment Program is to provide education, employment assistance, health, housing referrals and support services to women who are in disadvantaged positions due to incarceration, poverty, homelessness, HIV/AIDS infection or involvement in the criminal justice system.
