Our facility is named after Sister Blandine Eisele who devoted 40 years of her life to helping men recover from alcoholism. With generous donations from the community, she opened a halfway house in 1970. Sister Blandine touched the lives of many men and showed them a better way to live.

In my role as a DOT-SAP, I perform a "gate keeping" function for employees in safety-sensitive occupations who have violated DOT rules governing substance use and have been removed from safety-sensitive duties.  My functions include: Performing drug & alcohol assessments, Referring to appropriate levels of care, Performing related case management and care coordination, etc.
