Wings of Refuge, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit family services agency dedicated to serving the needs of the communities within the greater Los Angeles area. The agency was founded in 1997 by Ms. Renee Moncito. Our mission is to facilitate family reunification through building stronger communities one family at a time. To deliver relevant, outcome based, needed services and resources that are of the highest quality and standards. Ms. Moncito is a dynamic speaker and motivator who has developed hundreds of certified foster parents through training and mentorship. Women of Hope Resource Center’s New Life Program is a state-licensed addiction program committed to serve women in the South Jersey area.  We equip and empower women by providing addiction services, mentoring, educational services, family support, and seminars and workshops.

The Elms was opened in 1980 with a grant from the County of San Mateo. It is our largest facility, with the capacity to serve fifteen women. The Elms was renovated in 2010, with a new kitchen and disabled access.

Wyoming Valley Alcohol and Drug Services, Inc. is committed to providing quality treatment, prevention/education, and outreach services to residents of Luzerne County.  Services are available to all residents without discrimination, including financial status.  Wyoming Valley Alcohol and Drug Services, Inc. further agrees to provide outreach services outside the agency, when because of handicaps, the individual is not able to access services at its two locations.
