Dallas Challenge is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing programs and services that steer young people away from destructive behaviors. Youth participants are generally 7-23 years of age with a history or high risk of substance abuse, juvenile delinquency, truancy, school failure and other unacceptable behavior patterns.

The Daniel Bryant Youth & Family Treatment Center, founded in 2001, provides safe, effective outpatient treatment for young people ages 12-18 who are struggling with alcohol and other drug problems.

There are several programs within the continuum of care for Juvenile Services.  Depending on need, these programs provide a composite of assessment, case management and community-based services for young men and women with delinquency, and substance abuse issues.

Adult Services provides comprehensive assessment and case management to both males and females through self-referrals and community referrals such as the Department of Children and Families, Judges, Public Defenders Office, and County and Circuit Probation.

The length of the programs available may vary based on the individual's needs; however, the average length is ten (10) weeks.
