Cocaine is readily available throughout the state with Los Angeles remaining one of the nation’s largest cocaine transshipment and distribution centers. Cocaine is also widely available in San Francisco and other areas of northern California. It’s mostly Mexican organizations which smuggle cocaine in California. The city of Los Angeles remains one of the nation's largest cocaine distribution zones, and for the better part of central and northern California. Sadly, there are not enough cocaine rehabilitation treatments available in California to fight off the cocaine problem the population is encountering.
