Heroin is more and more available in North Carolina and poses much more of a problem nowadays. Heroin seizures have increases by 77 percents in just the last year. The growing problem of heroin in North Carolina is present all across the state and in every metropolitan area.
When an addict has been using heroin frequently for a relatively long period of time, their body will get certain non optimal reactions due to the drug. First, extreme weight loss is not uncommon, second their teeth are often in a much degraded state, they might get very constipated, etc.
