There will also be a request that you educate yourself through a drug safety program which you will have to pay. There will be a fee of at least $500 and a maximum of $1,000. You will also have to pay any expense such as court, evaluation, etc. You will not be allowed to drive for a month and will get a restricted license for 330 days after that.

On the second offense, you will have to be imprisoned for at least 90 days and it can go up to a year. The fine will be between 1,000 and 1,500 dollars, plus additional costs. You will have to go through an alcohol or drug treatment. You will not be allowed to drive for a year, and then when you get your license back, you will have to have the ignition interlock device installed for a full year.

For the rest of the sanctions, it is basically the same as the second DUI offense and you still have to pay for everything.
