Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Programs for DUI/DWI Offenders in New Jersey

When you choose to drive while impaired you are not only placing your life in danger but also the lives of the people around you. When being charged with a DUI in New Jersey, you may be sentenced to complete some type of alcohol and drug safety action program within the state. Typically, these types of programs are often state-wide and are implemented to help significantly reduce the number of impaired driving infractions.
