One of the problems within the field of addiction is some "referral agencies" are, in fact, owned by treatment centers to fill their beds, which is by itself misleading visitors. This is widely covered on the Internet https://theintercept.com/2017/10/17/google-search-drug-use-opioid-epidemic/.

DRS and RNT CONSULTING LLC are an independent website and call center not owned by any treatment. We are also trying to refer you to treatment that believes in good treatment practice, not rehabs that substitute an addiction with another dependency using medication. We believe that a drug-free life can be achieved. Medication can be used but only for detox purpose.

Our goal is to give you the possibility of attain a drug-free life.

There a few hundred facilities within the state of California dedicated to helping women with substance abuse problems. From pot smoking to inhalants, these drug addiction centers are designed for the welfare of women and their particular needs and situations. In all cases of drug addiction, having a safe and secure environment is vital to the recovery of the addict. This is true even more so for women who have been subject to physical or emotional abuse. Choosing the right drug rehab is possibly more important than any other factor when it comes to helping a loved one struggling with addiction.

Did you know this about drug rehab centers for women?

Many of these treatment centers for women have crisis care programs available to help battered women, and whom may have been victims assaults. These are very important to help them get the extra help they need, while still handling their addiction.

There are many signs to look for especially physical symptoms, such as loss of weight, restlessness, constant aches and pains, and becoming sick very easily. Other emotional symptoms will be present; rapid mood swings, depression, and an inability to maintain any level of responsibility. A drug and alcohol rehabilitation center will work with a family to help identify these symptoms, and offer advice and solutions to approach a person potentially addicted to drugs.

The state of California does provide an abundance of drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs and detox facilities, especially for women. What is listed on the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration website shows over 500 locations where drug rehab programs for women are located. This includes government-funded services, low-cost or free treatment, and private programs throughout the state.

There are rehabilitation centers for drug or alcohol addiction that will only accept women. These are designed to address the specific issues that women have and help them recover for their drug or alcohol addiction. Many women feel more at ease in an environment where they are surrounded by women. For some women, being around men can make it harder or bring about distractions for them. There are also addiction treatments designed to help pregnant women. It is important as well to note that when you look for a drug or alcohol treatment for yourself, your mother, sister, aunt or other family member, this cannot be the only factor you look at. There are many questions you should ask to see which type of drug treatment facility is best. Here are just a few examples:

  • Is it better to attend a long-term or short-term drug treatment?
  • Is a detox program necessary?
  • Should I attend a drug rehabilitation program that is local or further away?

If you are unsure of the answers for these questions, we can help.
