When someone attends a drug rehab program in Connecticut that accepts Medicaid, the insurance provider will pay the treatment program directly, and the patient may have to pay an out-of-pocket expense or a co-payment, but this will be different for each program. Many families in Connecticut have to rely on Medicaid coverage to help a loved one who may be struggling with a drug or alcohol addiction. Locating the best possible help is important for an addict because many struggling with addiction struggle with being able to afford treatment.
