One of the problems within the field of addiction is some "referral agencies" are, in fact, owned by treatment centers to fill their beds, which is by itself misleading visitors. This is widely covered on the Internet https://theintercept.com/2017/10/17/google-search-drug-use-opioid-epidemic/.

DRS and RNT CONSULTING LLC are an independent website and call center not owned by any treatment. We are also trying to refer you to treatment that believes in good treatment practice, not rehabs that substitute an addiction with another dependency using medication. We believe that a drug-free life can be achieved. Medication can be used but only for detox purpose.

Our goal is to give you the possibility of attain a drug-free life.

Search Drug and Alcohol Rehabs in Delaware by County

Substance abuse has affected every state in different ways. Because it is a small state with a relatively low population, Delaware has not made national news on the subject of addiction to drugs and alcohol. That does not mean it has not been a problem here though. It is. This state in particular has buckled under the pressure of heroin trafficking, something that almost never happened before.

Utilizing Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation

Amongst all the states, Delaware is perhaps the best off when it comes to rehabilitating their drug and alcohol addicts. They are making progress like never before. They have opened many new rehab centers, and they have filled them. This trend needs to continue, and with enough effort this state could be one of the first, addiction-free states. Some of these rehab centers which have opened recently are:

  • Gaudenzia New Journey in Ellendale, which specializes in treatment of many different styles for all age ranges.
  • Catholic Charities Inc. in Dover which offers treatment of a religious, Christian background.
  • Anew Mental Health also in Dover which focuses on treating addicts from a more mental, personal, psychological, and spiritual standpoint.

(Delaware has many rehab centers for how small of a state it is, more of them can be found at www.samhsa.gov, the location of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.)
