The Anchorage is intensive-study, substance abuse recovery program. It handles its client through a strict probation principles active in its residential area. It uses two phases to keep track of its client's progress, where the first step evaluates the issues and find its root during 30 days of isolation in the residential area. The second phase is implemented after the completion of the first phase, the client is assigned a counselor, and their problems are worked through one by one. The client is only allowed written messages in the first phase and phone calls in the first phase to their loved ones to ensure full recovery without any diversions.
