Search Drug and Alcohol Rehabs in Nevada by County

Substance abuse has now permeated every state in the nation in some way, and each state is affected slightly differentially from each other state.  For Nevada, a big part of the problem has to do with the state’s already very lax laws on gambling and prostitution, not to mention the fact that it is very easy to get drugs into and out of the state.

Drug and Alcohol Addiction Rehabilitation in Nevada

To address the addiction crisis in Nevada, it becomes important to really tackle the problem from the standpoint of rehabilitation.  More specifically, only inpatient, residential drug and alcohol addiction recovery centers can get the job done, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

Some of the inpatient rehab centers in Nevada are:

  • A Better Today Recovery Services LLC is an inpatient rehab center in Las Vegas which helps people with addictions to drugs and alcohol and to gambling as well.
  • Mission Treatment Centers Inc., an excellent treatment center in Henderson, Nevada that not only helps people with addictions to drugs and alcohol, but also which helps people with gambling addictions as well and does it with a faith-based approach.
  • The Life Change Center is a rehab program in Sparks, Nevada which focuses on an addict’s connection to his or her family and how addicts can use that connection in the future to establish and maintain sobriety.

(The National Institute on Drug Abuse, www.nida.gov, is responsible for studying and analyzing drug addiction problems and for coming up with solutions to these problems.)
