Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest Twin Falls Women’s Campus is a faith-based, long-term residential recovery and discipleship program for women aged eighteen and older in Buhl, Idaho. The campus is the organization’s first women’s facility in Idaho and serves women struggling with addiction and other life-controlling issues, with a small residential capacity of eight to ten women that allows for close, individualized support.
A One-Year Residential Discipleship Program
The Twin Falls campus follows Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest’s one-year residential model, built around four pillars. The first, residential recovery, centers on long-term discipleship with an emphasis on personal transformation, reconciliation with others through structured forgiveness work, and building a foundation of faith. The second pillar, vocational training, gives students real-world experience through work-based learning in areas such as life skills, stewardship, and teamwork, with practical opportunities available through the organization’s SuperThrift store operations. The third, behavioral health services, provides state-certified, faith-integrated support that includes substance abuse education covering brain physiology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trigger prevention, as well as case management with individualized treatment planning. The fourth pillar, community outreach, extends the work beyond campus through service projects, regional discipleship groups, and youth prevention programming.
Admissions and Program Details
Applicants must be fully detoxed before arriving, as the program is not a medical facility. An intake application fee of $500 applies, though the organization states its commitment to helping anyone it can regardless of financial resources. The faith-based curriculum is designed to move participants from addiction into recovery, and graduates receive a completion certificate. Men’s and women’s programs across the organization operate independently.
