Addicted.org and Wert Inc. do not own any rehab or addiction services. This means our helpline can provide completely independent and unbiased advice to help you find the rehab service most suitable for you or your loved one.

Please note that if you are calling from California, your call will be answered by Alli Intervention, an intervention service based in California. However, when calling the helpline, you are under no obligation to use any of their services.

Our helpline comes at no cost to the caller and offers complete confidentiality.

About this center

Alliance Counseling Associates is an outpatient counseling practice with an office in Aurora, Missouri, one of five it operates across southwest Missouri. The Aurora office provides substance use assessment and treatment alongside individual and group counseling, delivered by clinicians credentialed in both counseling and addiction work. The practice has been operating for more than 20 years.

Substance Use Services at the Aurora Office

Substance use assessment and treatment sit at the center of what the practice offers, provided on an outpatient basis so clients keep up with work and home life while attending. Counseling comes in individual and group formats. The office is staffed by credentialed counseling professionals along with peer support staff, so a client can work with a licensed clinician and with someone providing peer support through the same office.

Other Counseling and Court-Related Programs

Beyond substance use work, the practice offers trauma-focused therapy including EMDR, a technique used to help people process distressing memories, along with counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups. It also runs anger management and a batterer intervention program, both of which people commonly enter through a court referral, and provides parenting skills instruction and classes. The practice serves clients across several southwest Missouri counties, with additional offices in Springfield, Branson, Reeds Spring, and Cassville.
