Alpha Home has been working to provide homelike recovery system to individuals that struggle with addiction for the past 50 years. They have been practicing successful outcomes from their philosophy of work ever since they have built their organization; it helped them develop an excellent recovery program that would provide adequate treatment. Their residential treatment for substance abuse offers seventy days of care and support; this service is available to both men and women. The have forty-seven bed that is divided into two facilities to provide gender-specific care to the clients. The goals of this plan are to implement efficient recovery skills into the living pattern as well as developing and maintain sobriety and a functioning social environment. This program is personalized to suit the client’s need as each person may have a different cause for their addiction. Moreover, the plan encourages the client in activities such as participating in process and education groups, participating in a community 12-step program, participating in goals set, participating with family members, participating in individual counselling and using peer support systems. Some exclusive services in the plan include GED Classes, Job readiness preparation, wellness clinic, and so forth.
