Alternative Interventions, LLC was founded in 2000 and has been providing professional substance abuse assessment services in the greater Des Moines area since. We are an independent, private business with no ties, financial or otherwise, to treatment providers or referral sources. Therefore, the client walking through the door is truly the only client we serve.
We are licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health and have a qualified SAP Professional on staff to provide Federal DOT services.
