Brandywine Counseling & Community Services – DUI Evaluation and Referral Program (Georgetown)

Brandywine Counseling & Community Services (BCCS) is proud to be a statewide provider of Delaware’s DUI Evaluation and Referral Program (DERP). Every individual who is adjudicated in the State of Delaware for a DUI violation (or is otherwise under Delaware’s jurisdiction for a DUI offense) is screened by the Delaware DUI Evaluation and Referral Program at BCCS. Each court-ordered, DERP-screened individual is then appropriately referred to either an education or treatment program.
