Bridge House Inc. was built to promote the principle that individual’s needs must be met before they can recover to full health. It has been working for 60 years to provide quality treatment that personalized to provide the best and effective results. Their programs are designed in a way so that they provide gender-specific treatment in their vocation-based program and clinical program, both of which promote responsibility. Bridge House provides substance abuse treatment to men of the community. This facility offers inpatient substance abuse recovery services, which can be found through the on-site counseling program as a long-term rehabilitation program. They also offer 12 step services and halfway house services as aftercare.nResidential, long term substance abuse treatment of a Twelve Step nature can and should be found at the Bridge House Inc. This rehab center helps people focus on their recovery and on their sobriety and on triumphing over an addiction struggle in such a way that they can find stability and balance that is lasting and permanent.nThe mission of Bridge House / Grace House is to provide gender specific treatment to men and women in the greater New Orleans area and Louisiana, who have become dependent on alcohol or drugs so that they may lead sober and productive lives.n


  • We offer long-term residential addiction treatment services, extending beyond 30 days. The underlying causes of addiction are addressed regardless

  • Those clients receiving residential treatment services are served at three (3) unique facilities.n

    • Our men are served at 4150 Earhart Boulevard, NOLA 70125, which has the capacity to house 84 men.
    • n

    • Women are served at two separate locations.n

      • Our most intensive residential services are located at 1401 Delachaise Street, NOLA 70115. This facility has a capacity to serve 25 women.

      • Our less intensive / stepped down services are offered at 1160 Camp Street, NOLA 70130. This facility has a capacity to serve 45 women.

  • We also have a Permanent Housing Program which provides services supported housing services for those clients of ours completing residential treatment, with a capacity to service 22 individuals or two household family members.

nWe do not offer Outpatient services or Halfway House services at this time. Our residential program is designed to provide professional counseling services and interventions integral to successful recovery from active addiction.nThe Bridge House Inc rehab center is most well recognized for being a multiple approach, evidence oriented, results based, tailor structured, varied, essentially customizable drug and alcohol addiction and dependence detox facility, treatment center, recovery location, rehabilitation program, and state certified addiction prevention community. The Bridge House Inc accepts self pay and insurance options too from such policies as Assurant Health Plan and Community, United Behavioral Health Plan, Great Western American Health Insurance, American Health Care, Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health Insurance, GEHA Health Plans and Policies, APS Health Care Insurance, Aetna Health Care, Cigna Health Care, and Coventry Insurance PPO. The Bridge House Inc also offers halfway housing and aftercare options too, all done in an effort to help people really triumph over addiction.
