The Bridge Inc. - Mitchell Residential Treatment Program

The Bridge was founded in 1974, and offers drug abuse treatment and behavioral rehabilitation for adolescents. The treatment methods are evidence based approaches, and are all licensed by the Alabama Department of Mental Health or the Alabama Department of Youth Services. The Bridge does not charge for admission or a fee for any of the programs being provided.

Bridge Inc. Recovery Center For Teens/Ashville is essentially very similar to Gadsden’s regular, Bridge Inc. recovery program.  Just like Gadsden’s own Bridge Inc., Bridge Inc. Recovery Center for Teens has a lot of the same services.  Some of the keynotes and highlights of the Recovery Center for Teens center are that: they offer drug testing for individual teens, they offer residential treatment that is longer than thirty days for teens who need more time, they offer short term treatment as well, they offer assistance for hearing impaired individuals, and they offer help for people who are struggling with HIV/AIDS too.  The center also accepts many forms of insurance that teens are covered under, which makes it easy to go there.  They accept United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, and Military Insurance.
