The Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Center working under the Carroll Institute offers several recovery programs for adults that addiction issues and need a structured recovery system. This facility offers a comprehensive drug and alcohol program for adults that have addiction issues, grief issues, goal setting issues, and are prone to relapse. This recovery service uses a mix of assignments, lectures, and videos, to offer the necessary skills of recovery to the patients. The recovery services are available over the course of 18 sessions during which the clients learn how to handle a problematic situation and face them with a calm mind. This facility also offers aftercare meeting to the clients that have completed the primary care program; this program offers to teach new tools and new techniques that can handle addiction issues in the client's life. They believe that aftercare is just as important as the primary care service as it offers the proper support service to the client, so they can remain drug-free and create a healthy lifestyle. This aftercare service is available for twelve months and offers one session in one week. The outpatient center also offers prevention education to young children of the age thirteen to eighteen, so they learn the risk of drug addiction and driving while drinking.
