Catholic Charities of Utica offers a sober transitional space to women at the Rome Women’s Halfway House. They aim to encourage the women under their care to become independent and healthy citizens that can live substance-free lives. This facility offers support and counseling services during the supportive living to help and encourage the clients. Educational sessions may also be given to the clients to raise awareness about addiction. Other services such as gender-based counseling sessions and vocational counseling may also be available.
