Community Service Foundation Inc. offers behavioral and academic services for adolescents through Buxmont Academy. They offer a school READY program that aims to improve the overall behavior of the client. This program employs the Aggression Replacement Training® and restorative practices to help the client learn better behavior. The ART session helps the client manage their anger and aggression through better coping mechanisms, while the restorative practices help them learn healthier communication skills. This program can help the young client with substance abuse and anger issues; however, the main aim of this program is to increase the academic performance. The restorative practice uses group activities to deal with negative behaviors, anger, and substance abuse issues. The therapeutic practices are also used in the Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) sessions; it helps the client make better choices with the help of their families. In-Home Supervision Services are also available for adolescents that cannot leave home for some reason. It offers an intensive supervision program for addiction issues, Home & Community Supervision Program for familial issues, and Restorative Practices and Motivational Interviewing for the improvement of self-destructive behaviors.
