Offering an array of different services for the community, the Cook Inlet Tribal Council delivers outpatient drug rehab, screening and assessment services, and detoxification programs. Addicts who need more in-depth treatment can attend residential rehabilitation, which is also provided through the facility.nThe Cook Inlet Tribal Council Inc. Ernie Turner Center is one of the most diverse drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers in Anchorage. This center offers an incredibly wide variety of services, and is therefore able to help a lot of different people who struggle with a lot of different addictions. The center assists people by offering residential short term treatment (shorter than thirty days), and residential long term treatment (longer than thirty days). The center also utilizes a full, medical detoxification clinic, and they offer aftercare services to their graduates too. The center used to be a tribal center for Native Americans only, but they’ve since expanded to open their doors to all who desire their services.
