Crossroads Arcadia Campus is a 72-bed men’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) facility in Phoenix, Arizona, operated by Crossroads Inc., a nonprofit licensed provider serving the state since 1960. The highly structured campus is staffed 24 hours a day and is designed for men who can work during the day and attend programming in the evening.
A Community Day Treatment Model Built Around Working Recovery
The Arcadia Campus operates as a Community Day Treatment facility, giving men the flexibility to maintain employment or pursue daytime responsibilities while engaging in structured IOP programming in the evening hours. This model is built on Crossroads’ long-standing philosophy that recovery happens through consistent daily structure, peer accountability, and the 12-Step work that sustains long-term sobriety. With 24-hour staffing and a fully remodeled campus, Arcadia provides the support and oversight that clients need without requiring them to step away from the commitments of daily life.
A Newly Remodeled Campus With Extensive Amenities
The Arcadia Campus offers 72 beds across fully furnished two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, with a range of amenities designed to support both recovery and daily living. The campus includes two landscaped communal gathering areas, a courtyard with a sand volleyball court, a basketball court, a commercial kitchen and dining room serving chef-prepared meals, free laundry facilities, individual locked storage for valuables, classrooms, a job search computer, and a conference room. The combination of recreational, practical, and clinical spaces reflects Crossroads’ approach to recovery as something lived in community.
12-Step Foundation and a Broad Community Meeting Hub
The Arcadia Campus is a significant community hub for 12-Step recovery in the Phoenix area, hosting a full weekly schedule of AA and other community support meetings open to both residents and the broader recovery community. This connection to the wider peer recovery network is central to the Crossroads model. Clients are introduced to the fellowship and peer relationships that often become the most durable supports long after formal treatment ends. The Right Track Program guidelines apply here as they do across Crossroads campuses, with limits on personal electronics during programming to maintain focus on recovery work.
An Affordable IOP Pathway Through a Long-Established Arizona Nonprofit
For men in the Phoenix metro area who need structured IOP support but are able to maintain daytime work or responsibilities, Crossroads Arcadia Campus offers an established nonprofit pathway forward, combining 65+ years of organizational experience with a newly remodeled campus designed around the realities of working recovery. As a nonprofit Arizona Department of Health Services-licensed and Joint Commission-accredited provider, Crossroads is committed to keeping treatment accessible, with major insurance accepted and over $300,000 provided annually to those who cannot afford care.
