Crossroads Mission of Yuma

The Crossroads Mission is a faith-based program that is designed to help clients have a personal encounter with God. There are individualized programs and treatment services available, including drug and alcohol stabilization services, case management programs, and drug and alcohol recovery programs.

Drug and alcohol addiction is a must in Yuma.  The center that supplies the longest treatment program is the Crossroads Mission of Yuma.  This facility utilizes an inpatient and Christian-based spiritual approach to addiction treatment.

This New Life Program offers group and individual therapy by licensed counselors or counselors who are supervised by licensed counselors.  All counselors meet the state requirements as Behavioral Health Professionals, Behavioral Health Technicians, or Behavioral Para Professionals. All staff members complete many hours of training during the year.  The program content is based on the 12-steps of recovery with an emphasis on seeking a higher power to recover from the disease of addiction.  While not everyone recovers using the 12-step therapy, counselors are trained in other appropriate substance abuse modalities.  Crossroads Mission believes that those clients who find that Higher Power have a greater chance of success and encourages clients to seek the road to spiritual recovery.

Yuma, Arizona is represented in the form of inpatient, residential, drug and alcohol addiction and dependence treatment centers, detox facilities, rehab programs, and recovery organizations by The Crossroads Mission of Yuma.  This is a men’s only rehab program that essentially focuses on detoxification and residential, inpatient treatment of both short term (shorter than thirty days), and long term (longer than thirty days) of care.  The center also offers aftercare for their clients in the event that such clients feel as though they need to keep working on their drug and alcohol addiction problems further.  The center accepts payment in the form of health insurance and self pay both.  The program is essentially Christian-based, though they also offer alternative forms of treatment to ensure that their clients receive a well-rounded approach to addiction treatment.
