Explorations offer a nurturing home to adolescents that need a sober space to overcome their destructive behavioral habits. This program uses various alternative ways of counseling and therapy to encourage healthier behavior and lifestyle choices. Their substance abuse treatment includes 12-step support sessions that are held in a very supportive environment. Clients are also given educational group counseling during the long-term rehabilitation; this encourages a supportive and empowering environment among the clients under their care. Family group support is also an important part of the recovery as it can help the client stay sober after the treatment is complete.
