Haven of Rest

Haven of Rest provides a haven to men and women that need a structured living service to find a proper recovery for their substance abuse issues. They offer gender-specific programs at their center that aim to help the client through the Christian ways of life. The men under their care are taught the proper means of living in a Christ-centered environment. The program uses the Bible to help the clients prepare for their sober lives and to guide the healthy and productive way of life. The client is offered inpatient rehabilitation for substance abuse at this facility; they are also given a sober environment, shelter, and meals during the recovery sessions. They aim to offer a biblical foundation, Bible teaching, Christian mentorship, job training, life skill training, GED classes, chores, church involvement, recovery classes, and parenting through their inpatient rehabilitation service. The men’s training center offers a long-term rehabilitation service that has a duration of twelve years. It focuses on healing various behavioral issues through mentorship and bible teaching. They also offer to train the men through job preparation sessions that help them find a place in the society easier.
