Yavapai County Opioid Outreach Seven Days a Week
HOPE operates a dedicated opioid outreach team in Yavapai County, the county encompassing Prescott, through its Arizona State Opioid Response (SOR) Grant funding. The team conducts outreach to underserved, high-risk populations and assists uninsured and underinsured adults 18 and older with opioid use disorder in navigating MAT services, engaging with peer support, and connecting to additional recovery resources.
