Hopewell Clinical is an IDHS/DBHR-licensed outpatient drug and alcohol treatment provider with a location in Jacksonville, Illinois. The organization has been in operation for over 20 years under the same ownership and has served more than 10,000 clients across the state. Hopewell Clinical also maintains offices in Quincy and Springfield and offers telehealth services statewide.
DUI Evaluations and Substance Abuse Treatment
Hopewell Clinical conducts DUI evaluations that review driving history, BAC results, prior offenses, and substance use patterns to determine a client’s risk level and recommend appropriate services. Based on the evaluation, clients are classified into one of four risk levels: minimal risk, requiring 10 hours of DUI risk education; moderate risk, adding 12 hours of early intervention over a minimum of four weeks; significant risk, requiring risk education plus 20 or more hours of substance use treatment; and high risk, requiring 75 or more hours of treatment with ongoing continuing care. The center also provides substance abuse treatment through group and individual formats for clients beyond the DUI context, and serves as a preferred treatment provider for license reinstatement cases.
Adolescent Programming and Additional Services
Hopewell Clinical offers adolescent substance abuse treatment that incorporates parent education and family counseling, with an emphasis on respect and confidentiality for younger clients. The center employs counselors with specialized credentials for DOT/SAP services to assist individuals who have violated Department of Transportation regulations. Reduced-fee evaluations are available for defendants who can demonstrate inability to pay, and the facility operates on a private-pay model with flexible payment plans.
