Kansas City Indian Center – Morning Star Outreach Program

Kansas City Indian Center offers a culturally sensitive substance abuse treatment program, and it is designed to help Native Indians get proper addiction treatment. Their Morning Star Outreach Program offers the addiction counseling after assessments of the client, after which they are given various services that aim to provide a sober path of life to the client. They offer addiction treatment to the clients through therapeutic intervention, outpatient counseling, and support recovery services. They also provide various other outreach services to families, individuals, and the local community in hopes to reduce addictive behavior in the clients.
