The Council of South East Texas aims to eradicate substance abuse and dependency issues in the area by offering a comprehensive treatment service for addictive disorders in females. They have built many centers in the area to overcome this ailment; they offer many recovery programs to adolescent and adults. These programs teach the clients to combat the addiction tendencies by improving their social connections through their group counselling and educational facilities. The Franklin South Center offers the necessary recovery and treatment services to the clients through an outpatient service; it offers intensive counselling sessions for the clients. These sessions diagnose and offer support to the client as they continue to become sober through the treatment. Their education sessions offer tools for risk-management and alcoholism to the clients and their family members. DUI/DWI services for clients that have been convicted for DUI are also available to clients at this facility.
