Who Answers?

Calls to the website’s main helpline are answered by Wert Inc., a call center that specializes in helping individuals and families across the United States find resources for substance use disorder.

Addicted.org and Wert Inc. do not own any rehab or addiction services. This means our helpline can provide completely independent and unbiased advice to help you find the rehab service most suitable for you or your loved one.

Please note that if you are calling from California, your call will be answered by Alli Intervention, an intervention service based in California. However, when calling the helpline, you are under no obligation to use any of their services.

Our helpline comes at no cost to the caller and offers complete confidentiality.

You can also browse our comprehensive list of addiction treatments by state by visiting our homepage. Don’t hesitate to reach out by calling our helpline or filling out our contact form if you need help finding the right rehab center or detox program. Updated on: 30 July 2026

About this center

Latino Treatment Center is a DHS/SUPR-licensed outpatient alcohol and drug abuse treatment facility with an office in Chicago, Illinois. The organization provides bilingual and multicultural substance use disorder services across Cook, Lake, DuPage, Will, and Kane counties, with additional locations in Elgin and West Chicago. Its mission is to assist people with substance use disorders in finding comprehension, respect, and compassion for the issues they face in their lives.

Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Treatment

Latino Treatment Center offers outpatient and intensive outpatient programs designed to allow clients to balance treatment with personal and professional responsibilities. A team of certified professionals develops individualized recovery strategies using evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, family and individual therapy, case management services, and connection to 12-step self-help networks. The center’s approach is culturally sensitive and tailored to the communities it serves.

DUI Risk Education and Early Intervention

The center provides DUI risk education in small group settings facilitated by certified professionals, focusing on the legal ramifications of a DUI arrest and the impact of alcohol and other drug use on behavior. An early intervention program is also available for individuals showing risk factors who may not yet meet the criteria for a formal substance use disorder diagnosis, helping clients examine their relationship with alcohol or drugs and build healthy coping skills to avoid future substance-related problems.
